so i finally got together a group of my lesbian friends to talk about their sex lives. and phew - it was intense. lesbians HATE the question “how do you have sex?” thankfully, i knew this beforehand, told them i considered sex something i woudn’t have with someone on a first time hook up and rephrased the question, “what’s a sexual thing that would make you feel slutty if you did it on a first time hook up?” they applauded me for my diplomacy, am an honorary member of cool hipster lesbian club yaaay. they also taught me new terms like “hetero-normative” (”ugh, i can’t answer that question, it’s in such hetero-normative terms”) and “U-Haul” (”I mean some girls don’t like relationships, and some girls are U-Hauls and move in with someone 2 days after dating them”). am hoping the article will do their coolness and candidness justice.
