Though these tips are specifically for students at Pomona College, they have a pretty universal appeal: 12. College is a learning experience. It’s okay if you don’t know everything about sex and dating right away. Ask questions, read a book, or check Wikipedia. With practice, you’ll become a better lover, flirt more successfully, and learn what makes you and your partner orgasm. Be safe and realize that we’re all learning. 2. Be honest. Be yourself around others and don’t lie to yourself. If you’re not enjoying something, whether it’s a relationship or a random hookup, do something about it. Maybe “friends with benefits” is not your style. Maybe random hookups aren’t your thing. Maybe you want to wait to have sex; you’re not alone. Say no, and don’t feel guilty about it. As an addendum to #12, I’d like to point out that this is basically why the PEEQ exists - not just for college students, but all curious seekers of sexual knowledge and entertainment.
